You have the right to remain silent,<\/b> Alan Dershowitz<\/b><\/em>.<\/p>\n No one is compelling you<\/b> to rush to the Wall Street Journal<\/b> and remind us once more that you are deeply embroiled \u2014 and yes, you never removed them! \u2014 in the Jeffrey Epstein scandal<\/b>.<\/p>\n Four years ago, when Dershowitz<\/b> was a youthful 81-year-old, we suggested that someone who genuinely cared for him should take his phone and toss it into the ocean. Quick action is imperative!<\/b> Do it now, while he\u2019s lamenting in the waves, realizing that no one wishes to join him for a no-pants gathering at his favorite nude beach<\/b> on Martha\u2019s Vineyard<\/b>!<\/p>\n If this individual could refrain from speaking for just ten minutes, perhaps the public would begin to forget the significant role he played in securing that disgraceful plea deal<\/b> for Epstein in Florida<\/b>. Or that he labeled Epstein\u2019s young victims as mere prostitutes. Furthermore, he engaged in a protracted conflict with one of those victims, the late Virginia Giuffre<\/b>, and her attorney, David Boies<\/b>.<\/p>\n Regrettably, that was not destined to happen.<\/p>\n Instead, Dershowitz<\/b> has spent the past four years portraying himself as some type of renegade liberal<\/b> while promoting conspiracy theorists like Mike Lindell<\/b>. Therefore, it is not particularly surprising that at the precise moment the flames of this scandal threaten to engulf the Trump administration<\/b>, the professor is rushing in, stripping down to his underwear, and diving into the chaos.<\/p>\n The Wall Street Journal<\/b> piece tantalizingly promises \u201cThe Inside Scoop on Jeffrey Epstein<\/b>.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI was his lawyer. I possess knowledge that court orders won\u2019t permit me to reveal,\u201d he theatrically proclaims in the subheading.<\/p>\n However, like a fading burlesque performer, he leans heavily into suggestive allure, carefully concealing any potentially offensive details that might disturb his audience’s delicate sensibilities.<\/p>\n Dershowitz<\/b> asserts that there is no \u201cclient list<\/b>,\u201d and insists that no familiar names appear on it:<\/p>\n Epstein<\/b> never compiled a \u201cclient list<\/b>.\u201d The FBI<\/b> interviewed alleged victims who identified several \u201cclients.\u201d These names have been redacted and should be revealed, but the courts have ordered them sealed. I am aware of their identities. They do not include any current officeholders.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Last week, the DOJ<\/a><\/b> revealed that \u201cThe files associated with Epstein contain a vast array of images of Epstein, images and videos of victims who are either minors or appear to be minors, and over ten thousand downloaded videos and images of illegal child sex abuse material and other pornography.\u201d However, Dershowitz<\/b> claims that the only tapes present \u201care of public spaces within his Palm Beach<\/b>, Florida<\/b> residence,\u201d and that the camera was placed there by police following a burglary. He did not specify when he made this alarming discovery.<\/p>\n I hope Epstein made videos — Alan Dershowitz<\/b> (@AlanDersh) July 5, 2020<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Dershowitz<\/b> contends that President Trump<\/b> is entirely innocent, that Epstein<\/b> was never a Mossad<\/b> agent according to \u201cmy sources in Israel<\/b>,\u201d and that the infamous pedophile likely committed suicide after being intentionally left alone by his jailers.<\/p>\n He refrained from repeating his previous diatribe against age of consent laws.<\/p>\n I challenge my readers to differentiate the cases, as a matter of constitutional law<\/b>.
